
(Telegram & Gazette) – George Farrington is proud to be a 10-year brain tumor and brain injury survivor. Of course, recovery is ongoing, and likely will be for the rest of his life.
Farrington no longer drives or works full time, but his cognitive skills continue to progress, and come Aug. 17, his plans are to run in the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts.
As part of his fundraising efforts, he’s holding a comedy night June 28 at the Fiddler’s Green Pub on Harding Street in Worcester, headquarters of the Hibernian Cultural Centre. CONTINUE
