Ivan Lintin

(LincolnshireLive) – A Lincolnshire racer has told of his joy after being told he can return to the job he loves.

Talented racer Ivan Lintin tackled fires as a retained firefighter for the Bardney crew when he wasn’t tearing it up on the track.

However, a horrifying crash in the Southern 100 in the Isle of Man on Thursday, July 12 in 2019 left the now 35-year-old’s life hanging in the balance.

The popular racer spent two weeks in a coma and nine weeks in hospital after being critically injured, including sustaining a serious head injury. CONTINUE
