The Slippery Slope of Euthanasia


(Bradley Mattes / Life Issues Institute) – As states pass or attempt to pass laws legalizing varying degrees of euthanasia, it is important to look to countries that have passed euthanasia legislation.

AP recently reported that the Netherlands has been euthanizing autistic people and others with intellectual disabilities.

This bears little resemblance to the limitations first set up by Dutch advocates of euthanasia. But once a society determines that killing the patient is the answer to their suffering, the definition of suffering will quickly expand. CONTINUE
