Teen Defying Odds with Rare Recovery from Devastating Crash

(WCVB5) – Trampoline jumps, balance drills, and treadmill maneuvers are all part of the workout 18 year-old Gage Senter does after a devastating crash changed everything.

In 2015, Senter was hit by a car while walking to his girlfriend’s house in Plaistow, New Hampshire. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in critical condition.

Senter was in a coma for a month, with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. Doctors worked to relieve the swelling. He was unaware of the efforts to save his life but does remember his late father coming to him in that unconscious state, urging him to wake up. CONTINUE
