Fargo Community Rallies to Support Boden Meier After Brain Injury


(Valley News Live) – Friends and family are organizing a benefit for a young Fargo man recovering from a traumatic brain injury after a golf cart accident last year, with hopes of raising money for ongoing therapy not covered by insurance.

Boden Meier was injured in May 2025 after falling from the back of a golf cart. The following morning, he was found unresponsive but still breathing and was rushed to a hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Doctors performed emergency surgery to stop a brain bleed. Further evaluation revealed a skull fracture and an additional brain bleed located in a rare and delicate area between the lobes of the brain in the sinus region. CONTINUE
