News) – A former professional rugby player whose career was cut short by a traumatic brain injury is bringing his bid to set a world record to Exeter as he continues an extraordinary challenge to complete 100 ultramarathons in 100 consecutive days while raising money for two brain injury charities.
David ‘Jacko’ Jackson, from north Wales, is attempting to run a 50km ultramarathon every day for 100 consecutive days as part of his challenge, Mission IN-possible. He hopes to raise £1 million for Headway UK and Head for Change while also breaking the current men’s world record of 80 consecutive ultramarathons. CONTINUE
